Whitelist Sparck Emails for #BeHeard Survey

For a smooth experience for your employees, connect with your IT team.

For companies to get the most value out of Sparck, we highly recommend they have their IT services add the sparkco.com domain to their email whitelist AND ensure there is no Bulk Email trap enabled. 

 

Note: The process to whitelist an email address or allow bulk emails are different for each email client/provider, so your IT team is best suited to set this up for the entire organization.  Please confirm with your IT team whether whitelisting can be done one-time or if it's a daily requirement.

 
Whitelist Emails and Domains
To whitelist an email address means your IT Department adds us to the approved senders list, which tells your email client that you know and trusts us to send emails. This allows the Sparck system to send important system notification reminders to specific users without fear of getting blocked from the server.
Most Sparck emails will come from our hello@sparckco.com system account but there will be times when our Account Management and Support team will need to reach out to specific individuals and whitelisting the sparckco.com domain will help us be more successful in supporting you and your employees.

Bulk Emails

Emails are sent from the Sparck system as bulk emails, so please ensure the IT Team is keeping an eye out for these.
