REWARD OPTIONS
Now comes the exciting part - deciding what to do with your reward! Once you open your virtual gift box and unveil your present, you will be presented with two choices:
- Opt for 'Gift Receipt, Please!' if you want to keep your points for future use or explore a variety of other reward options such as gift cards, top products, experiences, or donate to your favorite charity.
- Choose 'Yes, I want it!' to be taken to the reward store for a quick and simple redemption process.

After receiving your reward, we will guide you through each option and provide all the necessary details to ensure you have the best experience possible. It's a straightforward two-step process that will surely bring a smile to your face. Simply, unwrap your gift and choose between keeping it or converting your gift into reward points!
STEP ONE:
Open your gift! 🎁
An alert has just notified you that you've been recognized, and to your delight, a gift is waiting for you to open!
STEP TWO:
Determine whether you want to claim your gift or convert it into reward points.
With just one click, you can effortlessly choose to either redeem your reward immediately or store those reward points in your personal reward bank for future use or to explore other reward options.

| Total Reward Points | You can find the total points gifted to you at the top left corner. Any points left unused after redeeming a reward will be saved in your reward bank for future use. This can be found in your Profile. |
| Save Reward Points | By choosing the 'Gift Receipt, Please!' option, the total reward points you earn will be securely stored in your personal Reward Bank located on your Profile page. |

Option One: Redeem your gift by selecting 'I want this gift!"
Once you select "I want this gift," you will be directed straight to your chosen reward for easy redemption and to access additional details about your gift. However, there are a few key points to keep in mind once you arrive at the store. Let's take a brief tour together!

The total point value for the reward you choose will be displayed, highlighted in the red box. This includes shipping and handling costs if the reward is a product. Any excess points beyond the gift amount will be stored in your reward bank for future use. |
| Your Total Points | You can view your total reward points at the top right of your reward store, in addition to your personal Reward Bank. For example, in the scenario below, this particular individual has a total of 11,857 points. |

If you reach your gift and decide it's not quite right for you, don't worry! You can easily explore other options using the total reward points you have accumulated. Check out all the options you have in your reward store! |
| DreamTracker | As you explore the exciting array of options, remember to save your favorite rewards by clicking on the heart icon labeled DreamTracker next to the Add to Cart button. This feature ensures that you won't forget about the rewards you love as you continue browsing through the selection. |
Option Two: Redeem your Points by selecting 'Gift Receipt, Please!"
Upon choosing "Gift Receipt, Please!", you will be taken to your personal reward bank, where your points will be seamlessly added.
Within your reward bank, you will get a snapshot of your total balance once you choose to redeem the points instead of accepting the gift.
- Total Point Balance: The total point balance can be found at the top right corner, showing 11,957 points in the example.
- Utilize Your Reward Points: Access your reward store effortlessly by clicking on the reward store button located below your total balance. Your points will accompany you as you explore the multitude of options available to you.
- Reward Activity: The left side displays the total reward points you have saved and used, giving you a clear overview of your reward point activity.
Track and Monitor Your Rewards
Access all your reward essentials conveniently in a single location.
- Navigate to your Profile from the menu options on the left-hand side when you log in to Sparck.
- After accessing your Profile, simply click on "My Rewards" in the top menu bar to view a snapshot of your reward bank, like the one shown above.
On the same page, you will also find all your reward activity.
Here is an overview along with a screenshot for each section:
| Home | On the home screen, you will see any pending rewards that you have not yet accepted or saved as reward points. |
| My Rewards | Within this section, you can view any rewards that you have accepted but have not yet redeemed. You can take immediate action on these rewards from this page. Additionally, you can also see the rewards that you have received but chosen to save in your reward bank. |
