Marketing and Communication Strategies for the #BeSeen Platform

To help you introduce Sparck to your organization, we have a recommended marketing and communication strategy with email templates you can use. This will help you generate excitement and increase participation when you launch.

  1. First, equip your executives and managers with the details about Sparck and the new Recognition Program so they’re able to support their employees with questions. This should come from HR or Leadership.
  2. Second, introduce the Recognition Program to your employees. You can also hold a Q&A session to address any questions organization-wide (and include an overview). This should come from HR or Leadership.
  3. Third, send a follow-up email prior to the launch with any additional details and instructions for the launch (e.g. Taking the Onboarding Survey).

Below are the three email templates to help you with these three steps. Here we go!

Email to Executives & Managers:

Hello {Insert Name},

I’m excited to announce that we are going to launch {Organization’s Name}’s new recognition program on {Insert Date}! 

This is going to be a fun and social experience for all of us to connect and celebrate each other’s wins! Our goal is to continue to strengthen our culture through appreciation and recognizing the people around us that are making a difference.

Prior to the launch, I wanted to touch base to provide all the details so you are equipped with all the information you need to be successful for this launch.  

We have partnered with Sparck and will be using their recognition software to bring our unique programs to life. 

{Optional: Following the launch, Sparck will be offering a special certification to show you how you can save time utilizing this technology to increase your team’s retention and productivity through the power of personalized recognition practices. The best part is that it’s only 10 minutes a day over a 5 day period. More details to come.}

In the meantime, an introductory email will be sent to everyone on {Insert Date} to introduce {Organization’s Name}’s new recognition program. 

In this email, we will be highlighting important aspects of the launch: 

  1. The purpose of the {organization’s name} recognition program is {Insert organization’s recognition purpose and goals}.
  2. Our goal is 100% participation so everyone can be rewarded and recognized for their great work and contributions. 

Attached is an overview of the areas we will be rewarding and recognizing as an organization. There will be a special management call on {Insert Date} at {Insert Time} to share more of the details and answer any questions that you have.

    Dear Team,

    We are proud that our unique culture is the foundation of {Organization’s Name}.  It is influenced by the impact and perspective that each of you brings. As our organization develops and grows, we want to continue to celebrate those who bring our collective values, goals, and mission to life. 

    We are excited to introduce {Organization’s Name} new recognition program that will be launching on {Insert Date}.

    The purpose of this recognition program is {insert purpose statement}. Our goal is to have 100% participation so everyone can be recognized and rewarded for their great work and contributions. 

    This is going to be a fun and interactive experience to celebrate everyone’s wins. We will be using Sparck’s technology to ignite the appreciation we have for all of you. 

    Here are some of the exciting highlights: 

    1. There will be a variety of different reward types, 100’s of e-gift cards and 2,500 different experiences across the US - wine tasting, hot air balloon rides, and more! 
    2. Attached is an overview of the different recognition programs that will be available and celebrated. 
    3. You will receive a welcome email the day of our launch from Sparck. It takes about 10 minutes to complete your onboarding and then you will be able to recognize anyone right way!  
    4. There will be a social recognition dashboard where you can include all your favorite {giphys, emojis, videos, cards, and pictures}. We will also integrate with {MS Teams, Email, Text, Slack} to make engagement easy! 

    It's very important to us that each employee feels valued and appreciated for who they really are and recognized for their achievements and efforts. In our new recognition program, you will also be able to uncover you primary Appreciation Style in the workplace. We are going beyond the perks and want to understand what means the most to you! 

    We will be hosting a Q&A session on {Insert Date} at {Insert Time} to discuss our new recognition program a bit more and ways to easily get engaged.

    The purpose of Sparck is {Insert purpose}. Our goal is to have 100% Onboarding to help every single employee benefit from the platform. This assessment will only take a few minutes and will help uncover your recognition preferences, Appreciation Style, and your interests. We truly want each employee to feel as valued as they are on this team.  

    Sparck is our trusted partner in this process. So when the platform launches, you will receive an email directly from Sparck which will take you to an external link inviting you to create a password and get started with Onboarding.
